At Arden DMV Services, we operate as a licensed Business Partner Automation (BPA) location under the California Department of Motor Vehicles. This means we’re authorized to process most DMV transactions on-site — including title transfers, renewals, out-of-state transfers, family transfers, VIN verifications, and replacement of credentials — without the long wait times or hassle of visiting a main DMV office.

Please note that service fees collected at BPA partner offices are typically higher than those paid directly at the DMV. The additional costs reflect the convenience, faster processing, and personalized assistance we provide. Our transactions include a breakdown of fees so you can clearly see each portion of the charge — such as the DMV’s own registration or title fees, along with our service and processing fees.

While the DMV may not charge for certain items like title reprints or registration cards, partner offices like ours do collect a premium for issuing these documents on-site. This ensures your paperwork is completed, printed, and handed to you immediately and accurately, saving you time and unnecessary trips to the DMV.
